We call on members to participate in a national giraffe survey, conducted by the Giraffe Conservation Foundation (GCF), to obtain an accurate estimate of giraffe numbers and distribution in South Africa.
The results will contribute to conservation and planning processes, assessing conservation efforts and implementing targeted strategies, including the trade in giraffes.
It takes about 5 minutes to complete the survey here. Participants may remain anonymous, but all personal information will be confidential. The GCF will share the results with participants.
