Between 28 August 2024 and 21 November 2024, the government held 27 workshops across South Africa where the public and stakeholders provided input on the vision and objectives for the management of lions, leopards, and cheetahs in South Africa.
SA Hunters’ conservation office represented the association during this consultation process. Summaries of the input from the workshops are available on our website at here. We remain involved in the process, and members can submit input to the conservation office at lizanne@sahunt.co.za
