Members of the wildlife industry are invited to participate in a survey to determine the status of wild sable and roan antelope on game farms in South Africa. This information is needed to determine the conservation status of sable antelope and roan antelope for the new Red Data List for mammals. Please share this request and the link below with any game farmers in South Africa who have sable antelope and roan antelope on their property. The Biodiversity Economy Unit of the South African National Biodiversity Institute (SANBI) is responsible for this survey and will analyse the questionnaires to determine the status of both species in the region.
