- kamera of slimfoon se handelsnaam/model
The theme for the February/March/April photo challenge is: #warm #water #hot
The theme will again have a wide interpretation but is limited to the nature of southern Africa. The broad interpretation gives our members the opportunity to be creative. February is one of the hottest months and water is a means to cool down. Share with the group how you portray this theme. Photos can include people, but they must be in nature. For example: people swimming in a river, animals playing in a dam, droplets on a leave or flower, a waterfall, rain and thunder, etc.
The rules for the photo challenge are simple:
1) Any wildlife or nature photo, which may include people, depicting the theme #warm #water #hot, taken in southern Africa
2) One photo per post
3) There is no limit to the number of posts per member
4) Participants must be members of SA Hunters and/or the SA Hunters Photography Club
5) Participants may only post photographs that they have taken themselves
6) Tag the photo #warm #water #hot (for admin to find it easily at the end of the month),
7) Entries must include the following:
- title of your photo
- location where the photo was taken
- when the photo was taken
- camera or smartphone brand/model
- camera settings (F-stop, ISO, shutter speed), but not required for smartphones
At the end of April, the group’s admin will select the best photographs that best interpreted the theme #warm #water #hot, that were shared on the Facebook group’s page and by e-mail.
The photos will appear in a gallery on the group’s Facebook page and on the SA Hunters website.
Members will vote for the winner via the Facebook page and the winner ‘s name will be announced in May.
The winner will receive a beautiful book prize, sponsored by SA Hunters.
