Most threatened terrestrial bird in SA

Botha’s Lark is a small brown bird that probably falls in the category of an LBJ (little brown job) but this species, which is endemic to South Africa, is facing extinction. With only an estimated 340 of these birds left on the escarpment of the Mpumalanga grasslands, the species needs all the help it can get. SA Hunters’ birders can come to the rescue by supporting an artwork initiative – Small Art for Botha’s Lark.
